Delivery Pricing & Hours
Our office hours are 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
We apologize if we are unable to take your call, but please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We're a small locally owned business, we only have so many employees to answer phones, but we always try our best!
Our delivery and pick up hours are from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M.
Any orders that require delivery or pick up outside these hours will be charged $50/hr per employee needed. On average, most orders require two employees, but depends on the size of your order.
Our bouncy castles, interactive units, and tent pricing already includes a delivery fee, as our professionally trained staff needs to ensure the set-ups are following rules, codes and regulations.
Orders for delivery and pick up of only concession items, catering supplies, event supplies, tables, chairs, tools or equipment will have a delivery fee ranging from $25-75. Fees will depend on how large your order is. To avoid delivery fees, all these items can be picked up from our office.
Don't worry though! When you pick up your items, we will give you a detailed explanation on how to set up and use your rental item. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have!
Delivery outside of Fort McMurray is $3/km, covering the price of to your location and back.
